This vase is decorate with our most popular glaze. It is finished in the raku process. Raw flat black clay that swirls around the pot is insprired by the seasonal creek running through our property. We use a vase just like this for brushes, but can see it as a ring dish or as the drop location for sets of keys. It is approximately 6 3/4 in diameter.

The beautiful patterns created by saggar firing, especially tin foil saggar simply fascinating. All the work is handmade using stoneware clay.
