Raku Dish - "The Rockin' Diddy" - copy
Our handmade clay Diddy Plates are individually decorated which makes each a unique item. Even though we carefully fire each piece in the same manner, variation occurs and gives unique qualities to the piece.
They were designed to be playful and were never meant to have "feet"...they rock and roll a bit, yet are plenty stable enough to hold important little bits and tools...stitch markers for example...needle tools for another. You could use it for soap. You could use it for change. You could use it for a gift. You could use it for...you know I could keep going all day...your turn!
The colors and iridescence on the pieces are hallmarks of LickinFlames. The little plate takes several weeks to dry and then the finishing can take place. When the Diddy Plates are removed from the kiln and cooled, each is washed, dried and finished. Approx. 3 inches.
Choose your favorite shape or select "Brenda's Hand Picked Assortment" and let Brenda decide.

Remember that because of the handmade nature of the brooch, some variations should be expected. The quality is always the same standard that LickinFlames is known for, but some variations in color, design element placement and decoration patterns needs to be allowed. We know you will love the piece that is shipped.
